First time Avalanche game!

I visited the Avs for a home game at Ball Arena while travelling. The parking was initially confusing while searching online, but is signed and setup well coming from 25 North as we did. We walked a short ways, breezed through security and ticketing. One of the up escalators was inoperative, but with plenty of stairs we made it to our seats easily. The event staff had to wrangle a few fans rushing to their seats, ignoring the courtesy of waiting for a stoppage. That was nice to see! The view from our 300 level was unobstructed and resonable considering cost and the last minute decision to go! I have felt more energy at an NHL stadium but for a Wednesday the Avs faithful did their best. They did lose in regulation but overall I very much enjoyed my time. The stadium is well lit, signed well and has very nice immenities. I would certainly go again!
